CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The first location of this fast-casual sushi concept has found a home in Charlotte’s uptown.
The Indigo Road — a restaurant group in Charleston, South Carolina — chose the Queen City for its new concept, Sukoshi

The company invested roughly $1.5 million into that 1,783-square-foot restaurant at Bank of America Plaza. Doors opened Friday for a soft opening.
“I knew that I wanted to be right here in the core,” says Steve Palmer, founder.
