Wilson Creek Gorge reopening has Caldwell County health officials worried

CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — One of the most popular outings in the North Carolina mountains is set to reopen on Friday.

For months, the Wilson Creek Gorge has been closed because of the coronavirus pandemic. Channel 9′s Dave Faherty found out local health officials in Caldwell County are concerned that thousands of people could show up at the park this Fourth of July weekend.
