Woman killed after shot in head, Rock Hill police say; no arrests made

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police are looking for whoever shot and killed a woman Monday night in Rock Hill.

Just before 11:30 p.m., officers rushed to Hagins Street near Moore Street after getting a call that a shooting just happened.

Police learned that the shooting victim, a 20-year-old woman, had been taken to a nearby home on Hagins Street. When officers got there, they found the woman had been shot in the head.

Paramedics took her to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.

No arrests have been made and police have not released any other information about the crime.
