CHARLOTTE — The transformation of Camp North End, a sprawling former industrial property just north of uptown Charlotte, continues with the completion of an office space. Suite 200 is a 45,000-square-foot, Class A office suite in the Gama Goat Building at the property, according to the developers.

The space boasts ample natural light and open space, allowing for flexible workstation arrangements. It has 31-foot ceilings, two mezzanines, moss walls by Charlotte company Suite Plants and covered outdoor space, among other features. The building is Fitwel Community Certified, meaning its design and features prioritize health and wellness.
