- The heat continues to build in as highs jump into the mid 90s this afternoon, but heat index values reach near 100°.
- The worst heat starts tomorrow with upper 90s and a heat index near 105°.
- This will last through the end of the week before some relief comes in this weekend.
- Scattered storm chances on Saturday should start a cool down for Sunday (we’ll still be near 90 degrees though by end of the weekend.)
- Rain chances on Sunday are looking lower than they did yesterday.
