- The worst part of this heat wave starts today with highs back to the upper 90 and heat index values reaching above 100°.
- Only Richmond County is currently under a Heat Advisory.
- This will continue through Saturday before the relief arrives on Sunday.
- Scattered storms come in with a weak cold front on Saturday afternoon and that will help to cut down the heat through Labor Day.
- Not expecting as much of a rain chance after Saturday.
