- We have Weather on the Way today with scattered storms developing across the Carolinas this afternoon.
- Before any storms form, temperatures will climb into the low 90s.
- Expect storms to start after 2 p.m. and continue through the evening.
- There’s a low risk for these storms to be strong to severe with damaging wind gusts and heavy rain the top concerns.
- The chance for storms will continue Tuesday as well, before a wedge setup moves in starting Wednesday that will usher in a dramatic change in temperatures.
- Highs in some neighborhoods will struggle to hit 70 on Wednesday with showers around for most of the day.
- Morning lows will drop into the 50s through the second half of the week for the first time since early June!
