- The fantastic fall weather across the Carolinas is expected to continue through the weekend and into next week.
- The biggest change will be slightly cooler temperatures, with highs dropping into the mid-60s over the weekend.
- While the pleasant weather is great for outdoor plans, there is still no meaningful rain in the forecast. Dry conditions are expected to persist into next week, raising concerns about increasing fire danger.
- There are no major drought impacts at this time, but the continued lack of rainfall means fire danger will be something to watch in the days ahead.
- Enjoy the sunshine, but use caution with anything that could spark a fire as these dry conditions continue.
