CHARLOTTE — ABOVE: The latest forecast update from Severe Weather Center 9. To stay on top of changing weather conditions, be sure to download our free WSOC-TV weather app.
- We’ll be making another run at records Friday afternoon with highs in the lower 80s.
- Today’s heat record is 84°, set back in 2023.
- A weak front comes in tonight to change that for the weekend.
- Highs are expected only in the upper 60s for Saturday and Sunday.
- Other than a few clouds around, the entire weekend stays dry (a few mountain areas may have some light rain early Sunday.)
- It’ll be comfortable for trick-or-treating plans on Saturday with temperatures in the 60s.
Dry weather sticks with us through most of next week with hopefully a better shot coming in by the end of the week.
