New adult mini-golf concept to open in Charlotte this month

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It’s described as an “adult-focused and modern spin on the classic game of mini-golf” concept that’s anchored by multiple bars and lounges and it’s coming to Charlotte.

Dallas-based Drive Shack, a leading owner and operator of golf-related leisure and entertainment businesses, has announced that Puttery Charlotte will open to the public at noon on Dec. 17.

The 15,000-square-foot venue at 210 Rampart Street in Charlotte’s South End features two themed golf courses, two bars, garage-style doors for an indoor/outdoor patio experience, and multiple lounges and seating areas.

“Puttery is going to be unlike anything Charlotteans have experienced,” said Puttery Charlotte’s General Manager Clayton Stanley in a news release. “You truly feel transported when you walk through our doors, and with so many different entertainment options available, I know it will become a go-to spot for Charlotte locals and visitors alike.”

Operation hours will vary, ranging from noon to 2 a.m., depending on the day. The venue is open to customers ages 21 and older.

Reservations will be available online. Click here for more information.

The first Puttery opened in Dallas, Texas, in September. The company is also expanding to Washington, D.C.; Miami, Houston and Philadelphia.
