The GE profile washing machine is now recalled after dozens of reports of the machine catching fire.
That includes three fires that caused more than $100,000 in property damage.
The recall involves three models of GE profile's high-efficiency, top-loading clothes washers.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said an electrical component can overheat and catch fire.
