GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — People looking for work will get a chance to apply for jobs Wednesday in Gaston County.
The Workforce Development Board is hosting a job fair.
They hope to attract hundreds of workers who will be laid off from Apex Tool Group this summer.
All new businesses in the Gastonia Technological Park will be at the job fair with several types of job openings.
The job fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Union Road Church on Union Road.
