CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A newly built home in Charlotte's Foxcroft neighborhood registered as Mecklenburg County's priciest residential sale in August.
The home on Abingdon Road, wedged between Sharon Lane and Fairview Road and Providence and Colony roads, sold early in the month for $3 million.
It was completed at the beginning of August by Charlotte-based Chiott Custom Homes after Chiott LLC purchased the property for $1.05 million in mid-2018, according to Mecklenburg County property records. The residence was listed for sale in June.
The 6,017-square-foot home includes five bedrooms and five full- and two half-bathrooms. It sits on a half-acre lot.
