Man found dead at RV park across from zMax Dragway, homicide investigators say

CONCORD — Authorities said they are conducting a homicide investigation Monday at the RV park across from the zMax Dragway in Concord.

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office responded to Mobile Trail Drive and found Tyrus E. Winslow, 49, of Concord, who was dead in a camper.
