CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are on the scene of a shooting in east Charlotte.
Police said a suspect shot a man in the leg.
The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. on Monday night, on Jennie Linn Drive.
Police said the suspect took off in a car.
At this point it is not clear if the suspect and the victim knew each other.
