CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 135-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel will open in 2020 at the corner of Cleveland and Worthington avenues in Dilworth.
There will be a rooftop bar and a 1,000-square-foot gym.
The hotel will be seven stories high.
