2 arrested in connection with multiple business robberies, police say

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two people accused of robbing several local businesses have been arrested by Charlotte-Meckklenburg police.
 
Lauren Graeber, 26, and Ramon Wilson, 30, face a list of charges in connection with robberies at two gas station convenience stores and a motel in University City during the past month.
                              
Officers said they received a tip about Wilson's car and pulled him over on Tuesday.
 
Wilson was charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, second-degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
 
Graeber was charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of cocaine.
