CHARLOTTE — A swarm of runners will be filling the streets in Charlotte’s Uptown and South End early Sunday morning for the eighth annual Around the Crown 10K race.
Channel 9 has live coverage of the race from start to finish, and you’ll be able to see runners pass iconic spots with the Queen City skyline in the background.

Live coverage begins at 7 a.m. on Channel 9. We’ll have updates throughout the race when it starts just before 7:30 a.m.
