CONCORD — Concord police made an arrest in the murder of Loney Felder V, who was killed Saturday.

Garland Bedord Phillips IV, 20, has been charged with murder. He is being held in the Cabarrus County Jail under no bond.
Police said Felder was shot several times outside his home in Concord.
Officers found Felder lying in the roadway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He later died as a result of his injuries.
