CHARLOTTE — Tepper Sports & Entertainment has selected professional services firm Marsh and Charlotte-based Partners Risk Strategies to broker the insurance program for Bank of America Stadium’s renovation.
The multiyear project is valued at more than $1.3 billion.
Construction is being phased to keep the venue operational throughout the project.
The schedule allows Bank of America Stadium to continue hosting Carolina Panthers football games and Charlotte FC soccer matches without interruption.
Marsh will handle its brokerage responsibilities through its McGriff business. McGriff and Partners Risk Strategies, an independent commercial insurance firm based in Charlotte, will work alongside Tepper Sports & Entertainment and the stadium development team.
The selected firms are tasked with advising, placing, and servicing the insurance program across all construction and renovation phases of the project.
Interior construction work is taking place in 2026. Renovations on fan-facing elements are scheduled to start in 2027.
