CHARLOTTE — Charlotte FC captain Ashley Westwood will miss the rest of the week after receiving two-game suspensions from MLS.
According to a league notice, Westwood’s first suspension is for a red card. The second comes from accumulating too many yellow cards.
The suspensions come after Westwood was visibly upset during Charlotte FC’s game against Houston last week. He appeared to suffer a hit to the head
