CHARLOTTE — The City of Charlotte is hosting a job fair on Tuesday.
More than 10 departments will participate in the expo, and all are ready to hire. They include 311, the Charlotte Area Transit System, Charlotte Fire Department, Charlotte Water, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, information technology, human resources, and Solid Waste Services.
Participants are asked to bring their resumes and identification.
The Urban League is hosting the fair at its main office Uptown in partnership with the City of Charlotte.
The fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 740 West Fifth Street.
