CHARLOTTE — Charlotte City Staff is laying out transportation improvements if the I-77 toll lane project moves forward.
The city says 17 of the 22 bridges along the corridor will be replaced.
They will also add street lights and bike lanes along the bridges.
The city says two on and off ramps near Trade and Fifth streets may be removed to give the land back to the west side.
