CHARLOTTE — CMPD is investigating a shooting in northwest Charlotte.
It happened early Sunday morning on Grassy Patch Lane. Officers responded to reports of shots being fired into occupied homes.
MEDIC said two people were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Around 7:30 a.m. CMPD said this was a homicide investigation.
