ROCK HILL — Rock Hill police released new statistics about 2013 arrests.
Police arrested more than 4,000 people last year. Bench warrants made up 12 percent of those arrests, while drug arrests came in at 10 percent.
Shoplifting was the third highest at more than 9 percent.
