YORK COUNTY, S.C. — York County deputies said they arrested three men for stealing copper, which caused power outages in Clover last month.
Investigators arrested Mark Main, Gary Scott and Robert Sweeney.
Deputies opened the case in December after thefts at several locations.
Investigators said the men targeted cellphone towers and electric co-op stations all over the county.
