CHARLOTTE — Beacon Partners has lined up a new industrial project in Charlotte.
The Charlotte developer plans to break ground on a 410,037-square-foot development in Rapid Commerce Park on Aug. 31.
The project in northwest Charlotte will add three Class A buildings at the intersection of Rhyne and Mount Holly roads.
