CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dole Food Co. has formally inked a deal to take space in uptown Charlotte for its local corporate office.

The agricultural company has signed a lease for 15,265 square feet at 200 South Tryon, taking the full sixth floor and half of the seventh, said Joe Franco, senior vice president at CBRE who represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
The Westlake Village, California-based company will keep several senior and executive leadership positions at the office, including members of the C-suite, as previously reported by the Charlotte Business Journal.
The company is currently upfitting its permanent space at the building, which sits at the corner of South Tryon and West Fourth streets.
