NORTH CAROLINA — Former Bojangles employees suing the fast food chain over a data breach will have their case heard.

The Charlotte Observer reports a North Carolina business court judge ruled the case will move forward.

It was dismissed last year in federal court.

According to the lawsuit, a group of Russian hackers got access to more than 387,000 files worth of employees’ information, and shared them on the dark web.
