CHARLOTTE — It’ll be a little while yet before a major German brewery gets its operation in lower South End up and running, according to The Charlotte Observer, which reports Gilde Brewery is now eyeing mid-December for its opening.

As CBJ has previously reported, The Embassy at Gilde Brewery spans 9,200 square feet, including an indoor bier haus and outdoor biergarten.
It had initially planned to open in mid-October.
