HICKORY, N.C. — A real estate and construction company in Hickory is asking for the public’s help after a backhoe valued at $80,000 was stolen from its property.
Kaylor Realty, located along Highway 70 Southwest, shared photos of the theft and is hoping someone recognizes the truck involved or spots the stolen equipment.
The company says someone removed its locked gate from its hinges before using an 18-wheeler to haul away the backhoe.
Kaylor Realty is asking anyone with information about the truck or the stolen equipment to contact the Hickory Police Department.
