CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The RailYard South End is rounding out its tenant portfolio with a new restaurant.
Charlotte-based Beacon Partners says Stir has signed a deal to bring its craft cocktails, made-from-scratch food and an oyster bar to that high-profile project. It will internally manufacture artisan ice and carry more than 350 brands of liquor.
Plans are for that establishment to serve lunch and dinner as well as offer brunch on Sundays.
It is targeting a June opening.
