CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A wreck along Interstate 485 created major traffic problems during Monday afternoon rush hour.
Traffic was backed up for about 5 miles on the outer loop after the crash near Exit 4.
The truck with a trailer flipped at about 5:15 p.m. and scattered ladders, glass and more debris.
One person was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
All lanes were back open at 8:50 p.m.
