Indian Land development stalled by market conditions

INDIAN LAND, S.C. — MPV Properties is seeking a time extension for its development agreement and schedule for the second phase of RedStone in Indian Land.

Lancaster County Council approved the first reading of a two-year extension for the agreement and schedule during its Aug. 24 meeting.

The RedStone development is at S.C. Highway 160 and U.S. Highway 521. It serves as a gateway to Red Ventures’ sprawling campus in northern Lancaster County.
