CHARLOTTE — A new mural is popping up on McGill Avenue in Concord that will take up the entire block.
The visionary behind the artwork runs a nonprofit in Gibson Village.
In the video at the top of this webpage, anchor Susanna Black speaks with artist Carla Garrison Mattos who hopes the mural will bring the community together.
