Kitchen Social lines up space for first Charlotte restaurant

CHARLOTTE — Kitchen Social has inked its first deal in Charlotte. The Ohio-based restaurant concept has snapped up 4,157 square feet space at Cotswold Village — its first location in North Carolina, Thrift Commercial Real Estate Services confirmed.

It will be at 104 S. Sharon Amity Road. That space was created from the former Bruegger’s Bagels and Cunningham Cleaners locations.
