LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — Lancaster County is getting a new leader. Brian Tucker is coming back home to be the county’s administrator.
According to WPDE, Tucker has been the assistant city manager in Myrtle Beach since 2021.
Lancaster County is one of the fastest-growing counties in the metro.
Tucker said he can see the growth and is eager to create a 10 to 20-year plan to maximize the county’s potential.
He starts on July 1.
