The last two Lowes Foods stores in Gastonia will close next month.
The store at Hoffman Village Shopping Center and Robinwood Crossing Center will shut down April 1.
The closures will impact 160 workers, that of which 37 are full time.
Lowes has reduced its presence in the Charlotte area after a store swap with Harris Teeter back in 2012.
