Longtime restaurant to debut revamped look, menu at new location

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Brixx Wood Fired Pizza & Craft Bar is shaking things up, from its name to its menu.

The longtime Charlotte pizza concept is in the midst of a brand refresh that will shape its future restaurants, including a new location at Birkdale Village in Huntersville.

Brixx will move its existing restaurant at that center to a 4,200-square-foot space with a patio. That’s roughly 45% larger than its current spot, says Eric Horsley, partner.

“That’s one of our busier stores and we’ve always felt we could do a better job and grow sales there,” he says.
