RALEIGH — Maurice Young, of Lincolnton, won $1 million on a $50 scratch-off, officials with the N.C. Education Lottery said.
Young bought the $10 Million Spectacular ticket from Kingsway on North Aspen Street in Lincolnton.
He chose the lump sum of $600,000 and after taxes, took home $428,801.
