MOORESVILLE, N.C. — The man accused in what Mooresville police are now calling a murder-suicide on Interstate 77 has died, police say.
It happened on July 26, near the Brawley School Road exit.
According to the Mooresville Police Department, J’Kobe Ramseur shot Justice Wells while they were driving and then shot himself. Both of them died days later.

Police say the two had been in an on-an-off relationship.
