GASTONIA, N.C. — On April 2, officers from the Gastonia Police Department, Gaston County Police Department, and the U.S. Marshals Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Francisco Rosales‑Ortiz.
He was wanted on three counts of incest and three counts of first‑degree sexual exploitation of a child.
Police leaders credited the arrest to strong coordination between local and federal agencies, emphasizing their commitment to protecting the community and safeguarding vulnerable residents.
