ROCK HILL, S.C. — A 43-year-old man will spend five years in prison for a hit-and-run crash that killed a father.
Marshall Hart pleaded guilty to the August 2025 crash on Crawford Road, our partners at the Rock Hill Herald reported.
Leroy Canty, a 41-year-old motorcyclist, was killed.
Hart left the scene after the crash, prosecutors said.
Judge Bill McKinnon sentenced Hart after a negotiated plea agreement between prosecutors and Hart, according to Hart’s lawyer.
