MATTHEWS, N.C. — A crash in Matthews on Wednesday evening seriously injured two people.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. on East Independence Boulevard.
According to MEDIC, both people were taken to area hospitals for treatment of serious injuries.
No additional details have been made available.
