CHARLOTTE — There is a new health and dental clinic in east Charlotte that provides care for people who cannot afford the services.
The Charlotte Community Health Clinic on Central Avenue near Eastway Drive opened Tuesday.
The clinic partnered with the Steve Smith Family Foundation to make this happen.
