ROCK HILL, S.C. — A new industrial project could be coming to Rock Hill.
The city’s planning commission gave its approval last week.
Our partners with the Charlotte Business Journal report the CLT South Logistics Center would be located on an undeveloped, 118-acre site at Caterpillar Drive, just off I-77.
It would have 942,000-sqaure-feet of industrial space across three buildings.
