New tenant mix continues to grow at Atherton Mill in South End

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Edens has netted another new tenant as part of its $100 million makeover of a prime South End retail and restaurant complex.

Arrow Haircuts is the latest shop to join in the new lineup at Atherton Mill, off South Boulevard and East Tremont Avenue. Edens, the Columbia, South Carolina-based developer in charge of the revamp, said that shop should open this summer.
