NoDa property home to Neighborhood Theatre, Salud sold for $10.3M

CHARLOTTE — Nashville, Tennessee-based AJ Capital Partners has purchased a prominent NoDa property at the corner of 36th and North Davidson streets.

The investment and development firm closed Friday on its $10.3 million acquisition of 3306 N. Davidson St., according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. The 0.55-acre property is home to Neighborhood Theatre, Salud Beer Shop, Boudreaux’s, Sanctuary and Johnny Fly Co.
