GREEN BAY — The Carolina Panthers will face the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night after both teams are coming off losses.

Carolina is looking to bounce back on the road after a 43-13 home loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Green Bay is coming off a 20-17 loss at Detroit in which the Packers were penalized seven times in the second half, leading to postgame critiques of the officiating.

Thursday’s matchup is a rematch of a game the Panthers won 16-13 at Lambeau Field last year.

The Panthers will be without starting linebacker Jaelan Phillips. It’s the second straight game he will miss due to a hamstring injury.

You can watch the game on Channel 9. We’ll have a special edition of Panthers Gameday, live from Green Bay. Pregame coverage starts at 7 p.m.

Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m., and stick around after the game for WSOC Tonight.
