CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police released new details on Monday night about a tractor-trailer accident involving a pedestrian in north Charlotte.
Police said the victim, 61-year-old Raymond Hill, has died.
More than a week ago, Hill was hit by a tractor-trailer on North Tryon Street.
Police said Hill was not in a crosswalk and that the truck was only going 15 mph.
The truck driver will not face charges.
